Mover e organizar as súas xanelas

You can move and resize windows by dragging them. The system also provides the following shortcuts and modifiers to help you efficiently arrange windows:

  • Mova unha xanela arrastrándoa desde a barra de título ou mantendo premida a tecla Super e arrastre desde calquera parte da xanela. Manteña premida a tecla Maiús mentres a mova para axustar a xanela aos bordos da pantalla e a outras xanelas.

  • Resize a window by dragging the edges or the corners of the window. Hold down Shift while resizing to snap the window to the edges of the screen and other windows.

  • Maximize a window by dragging it to the top of the screen. Drag a window to one side of the screen to snap it to that side, allowing you to tile windows side by side.

  • Move or resize a window using only the keyboard by pressing Alt+F7 to move or Alt+F8 to resize. Use the arrow keys to move or resize the window, then press Enter to confirm or Esc to return to the original position and size.

In most applications (specifically, GTK3 and GTK4), you can move a window by clicking and dragging anywhere in the application's header bar, including buttons and icons.
