Open a document

Pode abrir un documento usando unha das seguintes formas:

  • Double-click on the file in Files or your file manager.

    Double clicking PDF, PostScript, .djvu, .dvi and Comic Book Archive files opens them in Evince by default.

  • Right-click on a file icon in Files and click Open With ▸ Evince.

If an empty Evince window is already open you can:

  • Drag a file into the window from Files. The new file will open in the same window.

  • Press the Open… button in the top-left corner of the window. In the Open Document dialog, choose the file which you wish to open, and click Open. The file will open in the same window.

If a document is already opened in an Evince window you can:

  • Drag a file into the window from Files. The new file will open in a new window.

  • Press Ctrl+O. In the Open Document dialog, choose the file which you wish to open, and click Open. The file will open in a new window.
