Orca's Find feature allows you to search the Flat Review context for elements located within the current window.
Open the Orca Find dialog:
Desktop: KP Delete
Laptop: Orca Modifier+Left Bracket
Move flat review to the next instance of a string:
Desktop: Orca Modifier+KP Delete
Laptop: Orca Modifier+Right Bracket
Move flat review to the previous instance of a string:
Desktop: Orca Modifier+Shift+KP Delete
Laptop: Orca Modifier+Ctrl+Right Bracket
