  1. Open the Activities overview and start typing Accessibility.

  2. Click on Accessibility to open the panel.

  3. Select the Typing section to open it.

  4. In the Typing Assist section, switch the Cursor Blinking switch to on.

  5. Use the Blink Speed slider to adjust how quickly the cursor blinks.
