Vnos posebnih znakov

You can enter and view thousands of characters from most of the world’s writing systems, even those not found on your keyboard. This page lists some different ways you can enter special characters.

Characters

Another useful application shipped with GNOME is Characters. It lets you find and insert unusual characters by browsing character categories or searching for keywords.

You can launch Characters from the Activities overview. For more information on Characters, see the Characters Manual.

Sestavna tipka

Keyboards don’t have specific compose keys. Instead, you can define one of the existing keys on your keyboard as a compose key.

You need to have Tweaks installed on your computer to change this setting.

Določi sestavno tipko

  1. Open the Activities overview and start typing Tweaks.

  2. Click Tweaks to open the application.

  3. Click the Keyboard & Mouse tab.

  4. Click Disabled next to the Compose Key setting.

  5. Turn the switch on in the dialog and pick the keyboard shortcut you want to use.

  6. Tick the checkbox of the key that you want to set as the Compose key.

  7. Close the dialog.

  8. Close the Tweaks window.

S tipko sestavi lahko vnesete veliko pogostih znakov, na primer:

Točke kode

Katerikoli znak Unicode lahko s svojo vašo tipkovnico vnesete s številsko kodo znaka. Vsak znak je določen s kodo sestavljeno iz štirih števil. Za iskanje kode za znak najdite znak v programu preglednice znakov in poglejte v vrstico stanja na zavihku Podrobnosti znaka. Koda so štirje znaki za U+.

To enter a character by its code point, hold down Ctrl and Shift, type U followed by the four-character code point, then release Ctrl and Shift. If you often use characters that you can’t easily access with other methods, you might find it useful to memorize the code point for those characters so you can enter them quickly.

Razporeditve tipkovnice

Načini vnosa

An Input Method expands the previous methods by allowing to enter characters not only with keyboard but also any input devices. For instance you could enter characters with a mouse using a gesture method, or enter Japanese characters using a Latin keyboard.

Za izbiro načina vnosa desno kliknite nad gradnikom besedila in v meniju Način vnosa izberite način vnosa, ki ga želite uporabiti. Privzeti način vnosa ni zagotovljen zato si oglejte dokumentacijo o načinih vnosa za ogled kako jih uporabiti.
