Просматривать, производить поиск в файлах мультимедиа и проигрывать мультимедия со своего компьютера можно с помощью устройств, поддерживающих UPnP или DLNA, такими, как смартфон, телевизор или игровая консоль. Настройте Общий доступ к мультимедиа, чтобы эти устройства имели доступ к вашим папкам, содержащим музыку, фото и видео.
Чтобы параметр Общий доступ к мультимедиа стал видимым, в системе должен быть установлен пакет Rygel.
Open the Activities overview and start typing Sharing.
Нажмите Общий доступ чтобы открыть этот раздел настроек.
If the Sharing switch in the top-right of the window is set to off, switch it to on.
If the text below Computer Name allows you to edit it, you can change the name your computer displays on the network.
Выберите Общий доступ к мультимедиа.
Switch the Media Sharing switch to on.
By default, Music, Pictures and Videos are shared. To remove one of these, click the × next to the folder name.
To add another folder, click + to open the Choose a folder window. Navigate into the desired folder and click Open.
Click ×. You will now be able to browse or play media in the folders you selected using the external device.
The Networks section lists the networks to which you are currently connected. Use the switch next to each to choose where your media can be shared.
