Si vous disposez d'un ordinateur avec une possibilité de réseau sans fil, vous pouvez vous connecter à un réseau sans fil situé dans votre rayon de capture pour aller naviguer sur Internet, visionner des fichiers partagés sur ce réseau, etc.
Ouvrez le Menu système dans la partie droite de la barre supérieure.
Select
Wi-Fi Not Connected. The Wi-Fi section of the menu will expand.
Click Select Network.
Click the name of the network you want, then click Connect.
If the name of the network is not in the list, try clicking More to see if the network is further down the list. If you still do not see the network, you may be out of range, or the network might be hidden.
Si le réseau est protégé par un mot de passe (clé de chiffrement), saisissez le mot de passe demandé et cliquez sur Connexion.
If you do not know the key, it may be written on the underside of the wireless router or base station, or in its instruction manual, or you may have to ask the person who administers the wireless network.
L'icône réseau va changer d'apparence au cours de la tentative de connexion.
If the connection is successful, the icon will change to a dot with
several curved bars above it
(). More bars
indicate a stronger connection to the network. Fewer bars mean the
connection is weaker and might not be very reliable.
If the connection is not successful, you may be asked for your password again or it might just tell you that the connection has been disconnected. There are a number of things that could have caused this to happen. You could have entered the wrong password, the wireless signal could be too weak, or your computer’s wireless card might have a problem, for example. See Dépannage du réseau sans fil for more help.
Un signal puissant sur un réseau sans fil ne signifie pas nécessairement une connexion internet ou des possibilités de téléchargement plus rapides.
