Possible reasons for printing failure

无法打印某个文档也许是因为：

  • 打印机问题，或者

  • PDF 打印限制。

打印机问题

您的打印机没有正确工作有很多原因。举个例子，可能是缺纸或者没墨了，也可能是打印机没有连接或已坏。

要检查您的打印机是否正确打印：

  1. Open the Activities overview and start typing Settings.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click Devices in the sidebar.

  4. Click Printers in the sidebar to open the panel.

  5. 在列表中单击您的打印机。

  6. 单击 打印测试页。应有一张页面发送到您的打印机。

PDF 打印限制。

有些 PDF 文档设置为防止打印。作者能够在编写文档时设置这种打印限制。文档查看器 默认情况下将略过这种限制，但您应当检查下限制是否还没有被禁止：

  1. 按下 Alt+F2 以打开运行程序窗口。

  2. 在文本框中输入 dconf-editor 并单击 运行。将打开配置编辑器。

  3. 使用侧边栏浏览到 /org/gnome/evince。

  4. 确保 override_restrictions 选项已经选定。

  5. Go back to the Document Viewer and try to print the document again.
